The ideal applicant will demonstrate experience in the following requirements:
- driving transformational change
- initiating and delivering compliance projects, ideally within highly regulated environments
- applying project management methodology, including management of scope, schedule, budget, risk and change
- conducting reviews of policies and procedures
- interpreting legislation and applying legislative frameworks
- providing high level advice and briefings to staff and senior management
- guiding, mentoring and managing multidisciplinary staff and encouraging a collaborative culture.
